LATE ARRIVAL
Your treatment will be modified to maximise my remaining scheduled time. Skinallure is unable to compromise its next service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved, especially for you. Please give 24-hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged 60% of the service booked.
CONSULTATION FORM
PRE-APPOINTMENT FORM- You will be required to complete a CONSULTATION FORM before the appointment and the treatment can begin.
DURING TREATMENT
PLEASE TURN YOUR MOBILE PHONES OFF OR ON VIBRATE AND REFRAIN FROM USING THEM IN THE STUDIO.
NO EXTRA GUESTS
Keeping the number of people in the building to a minimum, to maximise the benefits of the treatment and to ensure there is a relaxing environment.
All clients between 16-18 years old need to be accompanied with their parent the whole time. Proof of their age is required, persons below 16 years old will not be served.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
Therapists may terminate service when experiencing a client's inappropriate language or action.
PACKAGAES
- Appointments cancelled, missed, or changed without 24-hour's notice will be taken and deducted from the client's special or package.
- All pre-pay packages or specials have a 6-MONTH EXPIRY on the redemption of treatments.
- Non-transferable
- Non-refundable
- Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed voucher price).
- Limit 1 per person; may buy 1 additional as gift(s).
- Valid only for option purchased.
- All goods or services must be used by the same person.
- Photo ID required.
- Must sign waiver.
- Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.

- It may not be used on the same day of purchase.
- Purchases made on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
